Kitchen Operations Manager

Hotel Muscat Al Mouj is seeking a reliable and hands-on Stewarding Supervisor to support and supervise the stewarding team. The Stewarding Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and food preparation areas, ensuring that sanitation and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
- Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of stewarding staff, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishware, cookware, and equipment.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance to ensure high standards of cleanliness and productivity.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and food hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
Monitor and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and back-of-house areas, including storage rooms, garbage areas, and loading docks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen sanitation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and food safety procedures.
