To succeed in this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in indirect tax, specifically Value Added Tax (VAT) in the GCC region. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with strong academic credentials. Professional qualifications such as ADIT, ACA, CPA, ACCA, or Masters in Taxation are highly desirable. Strong numerical, analytical, and project management skills are also essential.
A highly motivated individual with a commitment to delivering results within tight deadlines is sought after. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently within a team setting.
