Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, finance, or business administration, with a minimum of 12 years' experience in a relevant field, including at least 3 years at managerial level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of commercial professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in a relevant field, including at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Valid driving license and work clearance/visa to work in Oman.
  • Proven experience in selling canned tuna and sardine products.
