Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven sales leader to lead our strategic sales initiatives targeted at Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and security leaders. This role is ideal for a sales leader with deep cybersecurity expertise and a strong network within the enterprise CISO community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales leadership : Lead the end-to-end sales process focused on CISO-level engagements, from prospecting and solution development to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Client engagement: Develop deep, trusted relationships with CISOs and senior security stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and cybersecurity pain points.
  • Strategic targeting: Build and execute a sales strategy targeting major listed 1000 and high-value enterprise clients across verticals.
  • Thought leadership: Represent the company at industry events, panels, and webinars to establish presence and thought leadership in the cybersecurity space.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met.
  • Pipeline management: Own the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure CRM data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Team building: Mentor junior sales staff and help scale the sales team as the organization grows.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or related B2B technology.
  • Proven success selling to CISOs and security decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threats, and solutions.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales processes.
  • Existing network of CISO relationships is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree a plus.
