Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage our local sales teams in Oman. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering challenging targets and meeting key sales performance metrics.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled sales professional to drive business growth in the Oman market. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans that meet customer needs and exceed revenue targets.


Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales processes.
  • Work closely with sales consultants to develop individual sales plans, set revenue targets, and drive profitable sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate and live sales data in Salesforce CRM to inform sales decisions.
  • Deliver regular sales pipeline, activity, and forecast reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic forces, and competitive pressures influencing the market.
  • Identify skill gaps in the sales team and develop training plans to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Ensure effective adherence to sales processes and policies.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to the sales team.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing sales teams.
  • Proven sales management skills, including attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Customer-driven approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload and manage team deadlines.
  • Strong people management skills, including recruitment, selection, performance management, development, motivation, and team building.
  • Valid driving license and proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
