About the Job:
HVAC Chiller Technician - Oman Relocation

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Electro Mechanical Technician with specialization in chillers, electro-mechanical systems, and BMS/control programming.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Install, commission, and maintain chiller systems (air-cooled and water-cooled, and cold storage equipment)
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on electrical components such as motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and control panels
  • Program, calibrate, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems (BMS, PLCs, or DDC systems)
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency
  • Maintain logs and documentation of work performed and system status
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and HVAC codes
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate HVAC systems with automated control platforms


**Required Qualifications:**
  • Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HVAC systems with a focus on chillers and electrical troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of chiller control panels, electrical circuits, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), or BMS systems
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools like multimeters, clamp meters, and field programming devices
  • Strong understanding of HVAC sequence of operations and electrical safety procedures
  • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and control schematics
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
