As a Productivity Engineer, you will need to effectively leverage the synergy between engineering discipline knowledge/experience and digital technology best practices to drive project delivery improvements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement business requirements by providing implementation assistance, configuration, deployment, and training support. Coordinate activities for projects on client-specific initiatives.
  • Drive standardization and integration across projects to achieve synergy and efficiency gains.
  • Assign projects to teams and provide assistance in planning and managing execution phases.
  • Work closely with project teams as part of the team, coordinating daily activities and acting as an interface for enabling appropriate processes.
  • Liaise with clients and internal product & operations teams to deliver all aspects of awarded work scope.
  • Provide project site support and operations; work closely with subject matter experts and product teams to deliver value to clients.
  • Support clients, PMO teams, AWP/WFP teams, and owners in project execution, including coordination between sites, client head offices, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, product, data, and design teams, to assist with data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs.
  • Develop implementation plans and strategies for deploying improvements through process or system enhancements; work closely with product development (software) teams for user feedback, bug fixes, and product improvements.
  • Prepare business workflows and detailed functional requirements for enhancing products. Identify and assist in enhancing products and services for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed and up-to-date with industry standards and best practices; familiarize yourself with company projects and initiatives.
Business Development & Implementation Support Related:
  • Provide business development assistance and project support; assist in strategic planning, market opportunity assessments, and support for developing and executing project implementation plans.
  • Support the onboarding of stakeholders into flagship products and promote usage skillfully, overcoming user resistance. Effectively promote product use and develop healthy relationships with stakeholders to become a reliable and approachable person for the project.
  • Develop expertise in company processes; identify, prepare, and map client current workflow processes in an 'as-is' manner. Analyze for potential improvements; work closely with operations teams to identify and suggest improvements for client processes and bring in client and customer requirements.
