We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Job Description

Critical Responsibilities

  • Prospect and handle all lease / rental sales for corporate customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, follow-ups, and feedback sessions.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline to drive new business opportunities.
  • Source new corporate customers for leasing and rental verticals, expanding our market share and revenue streams.
  • Prepare quotations and contracts for new customers and existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, exceeding expectations when possible.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for contract renewal and upselling, maximizing customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure prompt client payment and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Your Profile

  • A proven track record in corporate sales, with at least 3 years' experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to acquire new clients.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Omani driving license and prior working experience in Oman is a must for this role.
