Job Role Overview:
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities across Energy Trading, Digital Transformation, and Manpower Solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and government entities in Oman and the Middle East.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and client base in target sectors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to shape business decisions.
- Drive and deliver revenue targets aligned with company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, finance, and tech for solution delivery.
- Lead customer engagements and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and forums.
- Prepare and maintain reports on pipeline, performance, and market intelligence.
- Contribute to the development of new manpower business models.
Omani national, based in or willing to relocate to Muscat.
At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in the Energy, Technology, and Manpower sectors.
Strong network within Oman and the broader Middle East.
Prior experience in onsite business development roles in the MEA region.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English and Arabic.
Knowledge of SDLC, web/mobile applications, and Manpower services.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
