Senior Project Manager - Property & Infrastructure

This role involves overseeing large-scale property and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Commercial Acumen: Develop and manage project budgets, contracts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize returns.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
