Operations Manager vacancy in Nizwa

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of an Indian cuisine restaurant located in the city of Nizwa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management and financial planning.
  • Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of service and efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in an Indian cuisine restaurant.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
