About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Assurance team, driving excellence in health and safety, environmental management, quality management, and worker welfare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of standard processes.
  • Develop and train internal teams on best practices and procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality client-facing presentations to senior leadership and project teams.
  • Manage external certification audits and support achievement of new certifications.
  • Organize and facilitate internal audits, producing thorough reports and investigating root causes.
  • Review and recommend improvements to management system content.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely quality reporting.
  • Create effective communication materials and plans.
  • Analyze data and metrics for management reviews, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Support business development activities with expertise and knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Monitor and support supply chain performance, including audits and guidance.
  • Contribute to the company's net-zero carbon transition efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Formal auditor training in relevant subject matter.
  • Line management experience with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Proven track record in quality management system implementation and auditing.
