The project:

Be a part of our international consultancy business that spans five global hubs, overseeing work for world-leading organizations across the public and private sectors.

Our Middle East and North Africa hub started in 1998 and has successfully operated in various countries, delivering project, programme management, and cost consultancy services.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrable portfolio management experience in a consultancy or client capacity.
  • Lead the Assurance team, comprising Mace employees and external consultants.
  • Build and oversee the Assurance team responsible for health and safety, environmental/sustainability management, quality management, and worker welfare.
  • Oversee performance and continuous improvement of standard processes.
  • Train and support the wider team in processes and procedures as needed.
  • This is a client-facing role, requiring presentations to internal senior leadership, project teams, and supply chains.
  • Deliver elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget.
  • Manage external certification audits and support achievement of new certifications.
  • Organize and facilitate internal audits, produce audit reports, and investigate non-conformance root causes.
  • Review management system content and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely quality reports.
  • Create communication articles, plans, and collateral.
  • Analyze data and metrics for management reviews and provide recommendations.
  • Support business development activities with expertise and knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver training programs.
  • Monitor and support the performance of the supply chain, including training, guidance, and audits.
  • Contribute to the company's net-zero carbon transition efforts.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Formal auditor training in relevant subject.
  • Line management experience.
  • Quality assurance and management system experience.
  • Internal auditing experience.
