Job Description:

As a key account manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with industrial gas clients. This includes analyzing market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and product development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include creating tailored presentations and proposals that showcase the benefits of our industrial gas solutions, monitoring account performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

You will also be responsible for managing pricing strategies and contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements while remaining competitive in the market.

Additionally, you will conduct regular site visits to assess customer operations and identify opportunities for additional service offerings, and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management for key accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration, with a strong understanding of industrial gas applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the industrial gases or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales growth in a competitive environment.
