  • We are seeking an experienced Waiter to join our team as a Senior Waiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in restaurant cleaning in the morning, cleaning all service utensils before each service, and helping the captain waiter with setup and mise en place preparation.
  • The Senior Waiter will also be responsible for transporting food from the kitchen to the dining hall, assisting the captain waiter with putting food plates on clients' tables, changing ashtrays and filling glasses with water during service, clearing tables after meals, and transporting dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
