
Sales Executive Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Sangfor Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with key value-added resellers to drive new business.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Planning: Identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop good relationships with channels, distributors, business partners, and customers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects, and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales targets.
- Partner Enablement: Provide channel partner enablement in the defined territory, including regular product and solution updates, customized workshops, and other tasks to enable partners to perform independent pre-sales support for small-to-medium-sized opportunities.
- Account Growth: Maintain databases of clients, and grow each new sale into a strong account reference.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree; at least 5 years of account management or business development experience in the ICT industry. Security and cloud vendor experience preferred.
- Key Skills: Skilled in Solution Selling and Project Selling, Channel management; previous experience with local renowned IT vendors and distributors is preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, team player. High integrity, target-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the education sector or retail industry.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- This is a full-time position.
- The ideal candidate should have a mid-senior level of seniority.
- The position involves sales and business development within the technology, information and internet, IT services, and IT consulting industries.
