Job Overview
Female candidates are sought after for the role of sales consultant. This position involves selling migration services to clients seeking permanent residency and work permits in Canada, Australia, UK, or Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with confidential documents, client analysis, immigration options, contract closures, process monitoring, and case reporting updates.
  • Managing a high volume of outbound calls, multi-tasking, and prioritizing client case processing.
  • Reporting, communication, and adherence to client agreements.
  • Meeting expectations, deadlines, and financial targets.
Immigration Consultant Key Duties:
  • Managing inbound leads via telephone, social media, and email.
  • Outbound phone calls and emails management.
  • Responding to inquiries using pre-set business templates.
  • Providing information on overseas options, enabling candidates to make informed decisions.
  • Giving clear and accurate information based on current immigration and visa laws and policies.
  • Offering a fair and neutral evaluation of candidate profiles.
  • Developing personalized global career strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Following up on leads while providing ongoing guidance and advice.
  • Offering clear information on available programs and countries providing visa/immigration services.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Meeting targets and closing contracts with clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales, negotiation, consulting, and collections.
  • Proven ability in sales conversion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication and conciseness when interacting with customers.
  • Able to handle clients over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: OMR 3,000 - OMR 4,000 per month.
