Government Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Government Liaison Specialist.
This position is responsible for acting as the main point of contact between our organization and government authorities, ensuring timely and compliant clearance of imported goods and office equipment. Additionally, this role involves managing attestation of documents and contracts required by authorities, processing and renewing work permits, residency permits, employment visas, exit/re-entry visas, and family visas.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in PRO roles, familiarity with digital government portals, strong knowledge of labor law and immigration regulations, and fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal). Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are also essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities.
- Process and renew work permits, residency permits, employment visas, exit/re-entry visas, and family visas.
- Manage attestation of documents and contracts required by authorities.
- Coordinate with customs authorities and logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant clearance of imported goods and office equipment.
- Prepare and submit required customs documentation, including invoices, certificates of origin, and other supporting documents.
- Ensure all imports/exports meet local customs regulations and company compliance standards.
- Proven experience in PRO roles (minimum 3 years).
- Familiarity with digital government portals.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and immigration regulations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Driving license with own vehicle.
