At Irwin & Dow Careers, we're seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our close-knit team in Oman. As a key member of our executive search division, you'll support the Senior Consultant in Oman and report directly to the Research Head in Dubai.

This exciting opportunity involves the research phase for executive search assignments, focusing on identifying companies and organisations in specific sectors and prospective candidates. You'll be responsible for maintaining and managing candidates throughout the assignment process, including briefings, travel arrangements, and interviews.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to generate and manage knowledge effectively, searching internal and external resources, and proactively identifying, analysing, and synthesising information. Additionally, you'll highlight trends and potential business development opportunities and contribute to targeted marketing presentations.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential, as you'll actively contribute to project start-ups and attend initial briefings with consultants and clients. Document production in various formats is required to a high standard, with meticulous attention to detail.

Candidates should possess a University degree and at least two years of relevant experience. A Post-Graduate degree would be advantageous, as would prior experience in a corporate environment or market research/consultancy role, coupled with a strong understanding of the local market.

We're looking for individuals with excellent IT abilities, particularly in using online databases and search engines, and the ability to multi-task. Additional languages such as Arabic would be desirable.
