Delivery Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support and monitor daily driver operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor driver shift selection and attendance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Track driver performance and report any issues that may arise.
  • Follow up on delays or missed deliveries to maintain high standards of service.
  • Support drivers with operational inquiries or concerns to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. This includes monitoring driver attendance and performance, tracking any issues that may arise, and providing support to drivers as needed.
