Job Title: Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced kitchen operations manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient production of food in our kitchen.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • To maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
  • To plan and coordinate daily menu requirements with the restaurant team.
  • To supervise and assist junior staff members in the preparation of raw materials and presentation of dishes.
  • To conduct training sessions for new staff members.
  • To control waste and maintain high standards of operational hygiene.
  • To adhere to health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
  • To work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives.
  • To monitor and control departmental costs to ensure performance against budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Freshness and Quality Control: We are looking for someone who can ensure the quality and freshness of products used in the kitchen. If you have experience in ensuring product quality and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, this could be the ideal role for you.

Cooking and Preparation: Our ideal candidate will have strong cooking and preparation skills, including experience in food presentation and storage. You should also be familiar with different types of cuisine and be able to prepare dishes to meet customer expectations.
