Technical Operations Director

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Operations Director to oversee the hotel's technical infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing engineering teams and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

This is a challenging role requiring strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the hotel's technical infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and building systems.
  • Develop and implement efficient maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of engineering projects.
  • Train and develop the engineering team to ensure they are equipped to handle any situation.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Engineer or Technical Operations Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of hotel systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
