Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Director of HR in rejuvenating the host accommodation, facilities, and public areas.
  • Work in partnership with departments to ensure host needs are determined and met.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the HOH team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent and more than five years' experience in a similar hotel operational role.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to live in a remote location for extended periods of time on single status.
