Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tele Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle inbound and outbound calls with ease. As a Tele Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the immigration process, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Make 100 outbound calls daily to warm and hot leads, answering questions about visas and signing up clients.
  • Follow up with clients on a daily basis.
  • Handle outbound telemarketing and provide excellent client service.
  • Respond to incoming emails and phone queries.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High level of motivation and drive.
