
Hotel Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join our team in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving hotel revenue by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and securing new business within assigned market segments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. They will also have experience in managing client relationships and negotiating high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue across assigned market segments.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and clients to increase repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Bonus Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM systems, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- At least Three years' experience as Sales Manager in a 4/5 star hotel.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in managing client relationships and negotiating high-value contracts.
