Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand Specialist to manage and grow multiple brands. This role requires a balance of brand building, campaign execution, and value proposition development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Development & Management: Develop and implement brand strategies across multiple brands; maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, digital platforms, and touchpoints.
  • Value Proposition Development: Craft and refine compelling value propositions for each product or service.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing: Collaborate with the content and social teams to grow brand engagement.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research: Lead customer surveys and analyze behavior trends.
  • Product & Service Positioning: Support product launches and campaigns with targeted messaging.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs across brand performance.

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, storytelling, and campaign execution.
