
Revenue Management Specialist

The Revenue Management Specialist is responsible for leading the development and execution of revenue management strategies to maximize airline passenger revenue. This involves optimal pricing, inventory control, demand forecasting, and distribution strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the optimization of revenue management systems and set optimal pricing per route/OD informed by passenger segmentation, business model, and competition.
- Define revenue management strategies by route/OD/competitors which focus on demand forecasting and inventory allocation to optimize load factors and yields.
- Ensure optimal fare pricing controls per OD and ensure an effective system in place to facilitate dynamic and automated optimization of fares based on market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or business discipline (mandatory) with postgraduate studies in Business Management / Statistics/Economics (preferable).
- 10-12+ years of experience in the aviation industry with minimum 4 years commercial experience in a senior managerial role in revenue management.
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with airline commercials, operational, technical, and financial issues.
