Job Description

We are seeking a Hotel Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and occupancy across all hotel rooms and rates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and revenue strategies.
  • To develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • To optimize room inventory and rates to meet demand and fill gaps in bookings.
  • To analyze data and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth.
  • To work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned strategies and maximum revenue.
  • To stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve revenue performance.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • To provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients.
  • To stay organized and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • To work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports to track revenue performance.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to share knowledge and ideas.
  • To participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced revenue management environment preferred.
