Job Summary
">Purpose of the Role:
Analyzing and designing training in an organization can be a fulfilling and lucrative employment opportunity. Senior Administrator Training positions can be diverse, allowing the employee to design training programs, implement and deliver them, and also measure their effectiveness within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop training programs for the company's workforce improvement
- Develop curricula, evaluate training delivery, and measure results to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Recommend changes to current programs or propose ideas for future initiatives to enhance the training function
- Maintain open communication with business leaders to identify business needs and strategic priorities
- Conduct interviews with low performers and key performers to identify performance gaps and root causes
- Analyze and categorize root causes to inform targeted interventions
- Collaborate with business leaders to select appropriate interventions and develop implementation plans, including change management strategies if needed
- Supervise or direct the work of other employees involved in training analysis to ensure effective program execution
- Analyze current and future training strategies and implement innovative training solutions to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of Human Resource principles and tools to inform training design and delivery
- Working knowledge of Oracle, HRMS, and other ERP systems to support data-driven decision making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field to provide a strong foundation in business principles and practices
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in training analysis and development to demonstrate expertise and leadership skills
