**Job Title:** Compliances Verification Analyst

This role requires supporting government entities. Key responsibilities include leading evidence investigation and encryption, coordinating communications across departments, reporting digital offenses, responsible for customer interface and case management, and having technical IT/Programming Skills.


**Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:**
  • Investigate and analyze evidence for encryption
  • Coordinate communication internally and externally when necessary
  • Report digital offenses and cases
  • Manage customer interface, case management, and data management
  • Develop new data sources, test model enhancements, and fine-tune parameters to improve existing applications
  • Hold technical IT/Programming skills

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:**
  • Display sound judgment and attention to detail as a natural leader
  • Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong professional network and minimum 1-2 years relevant experience

**Key Job Indicators:**
  • Operational reports for KPIs and weekly/monthly metrics
  • Responding to authority calls, providing required information, and analyzing reports to give advice on resolving technical issues
  • Stay in touch 24/7 to support authorities in emergency situations
  • Requires working on shift schedules as needed
  • Deliver official letters of fraud/abusive criminal activities to authorities when necessary
  • Handle escalated authority issues

**Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications:**
  • University degree required
