Mid-Senior Level Finance Professional

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Mid-Senior Level Assistant Finance Manager.

  • This role is responsible for assisting in financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance while providing key business insights to support management decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital management.
  • Cost Analysis: Prepare cost and revenue analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably in hospitality or a service-oriented industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls; proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sun, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong communication skills and ability to present financial data to non-financial personnel.
