Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Supply Chain Coordinator.

This position involves monitoring suppliers' progress, gathering data, and tracking/reporting progress to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We monitor suppliers' delivery schedules and performance metrics.
  • We collect and analyze data to measure supplier progress against requirements.
  • We provide regular updates to project management on supplier performance.
  • We develop alternative solutions to ensure timely project delivery.

Work Environment and Supervision:

  • We work under general supervision with varied tasks but limited scope.
  • We have the ability to recommend alternative theories and solutions within our scope.
  • Broad duties are assigned weekly to monthly, and our work is reviewed for accuracy and conformance to procedures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • We must be able to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
  • We need an intermediate understanding of systems, processes, and tools related to supply chain management.
  • A degree in a relevant field is required, along with 5 years of relevant experience.
