Strategic Digital Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of digital transformation projects at government entities under client leadership.
  • Implement digital transformation initiatives in alignment with the Nation's strategic goals at various government agencies.
  • Conduct workshops and reviews to ensure initiative alignment with owners and stakeholders.
  • Influence government agencies to adopt changes in approaches and processes aligning with National Initiatives.
  • Advise senior management on strategic decisions related to digital transformation.
  • Provide a specific approach for knowledge transfer among government agency staff during the engagement period.
  • Support government agencies in understanding their annual Digital Transformation targets.
  • Enhance awareness among government agencies regarding information, tools, and resources provided by other stakeholders during the transition process.
  • Help government agencies measure and report on their progress.
  • Improve government agencies' performance in the digital transformation roadmap.
  • Offer relevant recommendations for improving government agencies' performance.
  • Identify potential areas of improvement in Digital government transformation and Digital Services with staff.
  • Promote central/shared services among government agencies with staff collaboration.
  • Deliver integrated solutions and services with Government Agencies' Project Managers.
  • Report work performed at government agencies on an agreed periodic basis.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management background preferably with PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives across government or public sector entities.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation concepts strategies and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee training logistics scheduling and reporting.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Understanding of government structures protocols and approval processes is advantageous.
