Key Account Sales Manager

Sales Excellence Through Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive sales growth through key account channels in Oman. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, achieving ambitious targets, and building strategic partnerships with customers.

  • This role requires a highly experienced individual with a proven track record in customer relationship management, channel sales, and sales promoter management.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in mobile phone sales, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to KA sales in Oman.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead sales efforts through key account (KA) channels, ensuring accountability for sales targets and results.
  2. Achieve ambitious sales targets as set by the organization.
  3. Develop and manage core stores and sales locations, driving business growth and expansion.
  4. Design and execute promotional plans that resonate with customers and drive sales.
  5. Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  6. Supervise and develop key account representatives and sales promoters, empowering them to achieve sales excellence.
  7. Submit regular sales reports, providing insights into market trends and customer behavior.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management, channel sales, sales promoter management, promotional activities, and sales location construction.
