Senior Director, GSI Partnerships

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to spearhead strategic partnerships with Global System Integrator (GSI) organizations, driving business growth and revenue expansion for a leading provider of open-source software and operating systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to foster strong relationships with GSIs, promoting the adoption of Canonical's solutions at scale within their enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and driving GSI partner strategy, forecast, bookings, and revenues
- Leading and evolving a team towards accelerated revenue growth with GSIs
- Building strategic relationships with partners at executive levels
- Guiding the development of offerings from product management to product marketing, and scaling them through the support of a global sales organization
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in alliance and indirect sales management roles
- Experience in the GSI sector
- Deep commercial experience encompassing revenue and margins
- Proven leadership and presentation skills
- Insight into open source, Ubuntu, and the competitive landscape
- A track record of data-driven decision-making
- An autonomous, disciplined, hands-on approach
