Application System Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience working with oil, gas, and water production and treatment systems. They should be able to perform sampling, analyses, and testing of water process streams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Safety Focus

  • Chemical Treating Program
  • Field Chemical Inventories
  • Installation/Removal/Change of Chemical Injection Sites

This is a rotational based role adhering to Omani Labour Laws.

Requirements:

  • 4-year technical degree in chemistry or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience in oil, gas and water production and treatment systems.
  • Demonstrate stock management experience.
  • Good technical writing and computer skills.
  • Must be licensed to drive the assigned company vehicle.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
