We are seeking a Senior School Administrator to join our team in Oman.

Key Tasks:
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
  • This role requires someone with excellent communication skills to manage student discipline, attendance, and behavior management strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will supervise and evaluate instructional staff, as well as support their professional development.
  • This position involves overseeing scheduling, testing coordination, and school-wide events, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • As a liaison between students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders, you will build relationships and foster a positive school culture.
Required Qualifications:

We require an applicant with a BEd/PGCE plus a Masters Degree, and at least 3 years of leadership experience. Fluency in Hindi or Bengali is necessary.
