Job Description

We require an experienced professional to lead our Technology Learning and Development program.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Technology, IT Audit, IT Security Risk Management, and Human Resources to align the program's strategy with our organization's goals.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning initiatives that drive business results.
  • Ability to deliver complex programs to a technical workforce.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Conducting comprehensive skills gap analyses to evaluate current capabilities and inform targeted learning interventions.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies for the Technology Academy aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Understanding various technology functions to tailor training programs accordingly.
  4. Setting policies and processes for the Technology Academy in line with overall organizational policies.
  5. Creating customized L&D strategies and curricula to enhance workforce capabilities.
  6. Integrating strategic organizational goals into learning initiatives.
  7. Implementing innovative learning channels and technologies.
  8. Training supervisors and managers to mentor and coach their teams.
  9. Overseeing the effective implementation of learning programs.
  10. Managing budgets and vendor relationships efficiently.
  11. Analyzing learning effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  12. Serving as the primary point of contact for all academy-related inquiries.
  13. Staying updated on latest learning trends and technologies.
