Country Manager Role

A seasoned professional is required to lead our operations in Oman, ensuring the execution of the company's strategy and achievement of objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and expand our presence in Oman, aligning with company standards and guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team by hiring skilled resources.
  • Oversee the implementation of corporate business strategies and objectives.
  • Maintain sound financial performance and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary ambassador for the organization, promoting its reputation in the market.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to Compliance and Governance policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement to maintain a leading market share position.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance through leadership.
  • Oversee the deployment of company policies locally, coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years covering the Oman market.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage financial statements and understand accounting principles.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and solutions delivery.
  • Capacity to operate in fast-paced environments and manage multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
