We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. They will also provide regular feedback and insights on market conditions and competitor activity, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
About the JobThe Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth and profitability within their designated territory.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Providing regular feedback and insights on market conditions and competitor activity.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in governmental sales and hospitality is essential.
- Local experience and proficiency in Arabic are preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel systems.
