- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies & regulations, external regulators, and legal parameters, maintaining a high level of integrity.">
- Direct Marketing Initiatives: Initiate and develop direct marketing activities to maximize sales and product take up/utilization, effectively engaging with customers.">
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with tellers and branch operations staff to ensure smooth operations, timely, and friendly service delivery and customer satisfaction.">
- Customer Retention Strategies: Measure customer attrition and implement customer retention strategies to maximize repeat business/customer loyalty.">
