Exemplary Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Exemplary Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operational staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery in all aspects of villa operations.

In this role, you will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of daily tasks, including monitoring arrivals, assisting guests with special needs, and maintaining the overall appearance of villas.

  1. You will monitor daily arrivals according to occupancy reports in coordination with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  2. You will assist guests with special needs and requirements, providing exceptional service at all times.
  3. You will stock the supply wheel trolley with required room supplies for each shift.
  4. You will replace supplies in the rooms, such as stationery folders, guest supplies, hotel compendiums, brochures, and information about hotel services and facilities.
  5. You will remove furniture, curtains, and fixtures requiring repair, replacement, spotting, waxing, or cleaning.
  6. You will change bed linen with clean sheets and pillowcases according to resort policies.
  7. You will maintain a keen eye on details, style, and overall appearance of all areas.
  8. You will operate and maintain equipment carefully, taking responsibility for its condition.
  9. You will provide turn-down service according to standards, including re-stocking the minibar.
  10. You will maintain and exceed guidelines and standards of service and operation.
  11. You will adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the necessary qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role within luxury hotels. These include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel operational role. A hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical skills include proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM platforms, good understanding of scheduling, cleaning procedures, chemicals, and surfaces.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English, ability to live in a remote location for extended periods, and willingness to travel on a single status.
