Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support, ensure seamless communication with customers, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

This key member of our organization will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. They will also prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Customer Care Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or customer service roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
