Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Job

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all kitchen equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and servicing kitchen equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Responding to equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner.

You will work closely with our General Mechanical Supervisor to ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Your role will require you to operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests' and colleagues' health and safety, as well as to protect and conserve the environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position and proven knowledge in the operation of equipment such as steam engines, generators, motors, turbines, and/or steam boilers. A good command of English is essential, as is your ability to find faults and rectify subsystems.
