Job Overview

The role of the Guest Experience Expert involves delivering a unique and memorable experience to guests through a wide range of services. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and sharing local highlights to enhance the guest experience.

The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to move about their space and take the initiative to deliver excellent service. They are responsible for creating a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring their uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Key responsibilities include process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights to enhance the guest experience. The Guest Experience Expert must be able to move about the space as needed to fulfill duties and contribute to a seamless stay for guests.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience necessary.
  • License or Certification: Not applicable.
