Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead and motivate a team of spa therapists, ensuring exceptional customer service and promoting the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily spa operations, including treatment scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest complaints and feedback, and taking action to resolve issues.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, working closely with the spa manager to achieve targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, wellness, or spa management.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a spa supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
