This role plays a vital part in supporting various Spa functions. Our team members work to build an unforgettable experience for our guests, with Spa services available on the side. They take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure that guests enjoy their stay.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few essential elements that are critical to success - maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Responsibilities:- Promote Spa services or retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, and provide information about services offered.
- Check in guests, process payments, and make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and present a professional image and communication style.
- Be able to move around on foot or by standing, operate reservation software; perform physical tasks as described (stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees; lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 pounds with assistance when needed).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: None.
- License or Certification: Not necessary.
