About the Role:

Saif Hadaifi Real Estate is looking for a proactive and dynamic
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
to join our experienced team. This role requires a blend of communication, marketing, and client-handling skills to support our real estate sales executives and help close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to instant messages professionally
  • Assist in client site visits and support sales executives throughout the sales process
  • Contribute to deal closures with excellent follow-up and communication
  • Manage and support digital marketing campaigns across platforms
  • Create and edit social media posts and marketing content
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and effective operations

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Must live close to
    Al Ansab
    , Muscat (first preference)
  • Prior experience or strong understanding of
    digital marketing
  • Skilled in
    content creation
    and basic
    editing/design tools
    for social media
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
