Dining Operations Specialist

Main Responsibilities- Customer Focus
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening and responding to guest needs with empathy and care.

- Support and develop team members to meet customer needs and drive professional growth.
- Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with the Food Manager to execute daily kitchen and production area operations at the highest standard.
- Maintain a keen eye on food costs, operational efficiency, productivity, sales mix, and recipe cost to ensure optimal business performance.
- Work closely with the Food Manager to implement action plans, drive sales growth, and maintain profitability.
- Secure a compelling food offer by presenting and communicating the range effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of products, their origins, and benefits, and share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to achieving store success by attracting visitors, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.
- Monitor and control key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction, co-worker engagement, and operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance team performance.
