Technical Assistant Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Assistant. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of technical data and documentation within our systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect, format, and validate technical data for accurate loading into CMIMS systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure completeness and traceability of documentation packages.
  • Support CMIMS & Spare Parts Lead on MIE deliverables within area of expertise.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to collect and validate technical data from Spare Parts File by main Equipment (SPF-E), Spare Parts List by Equipment (SPL-E), Spare Parts List by Grouping (SPL-R) for CMIMS loading.
  • Create and populate spare parts catalogues and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Ensure all MIE deliverables align with National Legislation, Affiliate and Company Specifications and Best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Technical diploma or Associate Degree in computer science or Industrial Maintenance or comparable qualification.
  • Experience in Operational Maintenance Execution and Development within an LNG or Oil and Gas context.
  • Working with CMIMS platforms for asset and maintenance data entry, updates, and reporting.
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English, Arabic is a plus.
